The Maldive islands (Nevit via Stock Xchng)
Via Haveeru Online. MALE, July 24 (HNS) – Scotland has agreed to support the Maldives in developing the country’s huge potential in renewable marine energy.
A study of the country’s wave, tidal and ocean thermal energy will be conducted by Scotland’s Robert Gordon University to gather data and establish the full extent of the potential energy before work can begin on adapting the country’s systems to it.
