BirdLife’s partner Nature Kenya has published a manual intended to create awareness on Kenya’s rich and diverse coastal resources. Environmental Education: Marine Manual for Coastal Schools was funded by RECOMAP. The manual is a useful resource for teachers and environmental educators in coastal schools.Its aims are to help “a new generation to reverse the threats facing marine, estuary, beaches, mangroves and coastal forests by educating children.” A copy of the manual can be downloaded via the Publications-other page on this website.
